Jun 23 Missy + Dave | Fort Worth Botanic Gardens

Missy and Dave have tied the knot! It was a beautiful day at the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens for the pair to declare their love before friends and family. And though Dave had quite the journey that morning leading up to the nuptials, he still managed to present his carefully crafted canopy for his bride-to-be. And what a happy bride she was! Her radiance and smiles shine through in the photos and remind me of what true joy she had finally married her groom under the chuppah!

Though Missy’s smile was the most stunning of all, we can’t ignore her beautiful bridal gown! She joined her groom in the gardens wearing a mermaid-fitted dress with a sweetheart neckline. The gown was covered in delicate beadwork and lace. And her train was breathtaking with a scalloped lace edge that added to the romantic feel of the botanical garden setting! I also loved her matching earrings, necklace, bracelet, and hair accent. They added just enough glamour and sparkle without taking away from her dress.

Another element of the day that definitely stood out was the AMAZING florals. From the bride’s bouquet to the stairs in the mansion, and onto the dining tables and lanterns; the pink, blue, and violet bulbs had a decidedly bohemian vibe. I loved how the goblets at each guest’s seat were different colors that tied in with the arrangements too! I’m sure the guests appreciated Missy’s attention to detail and care in the planning. I know Dave did!

And, as any good wedding must acknowledge, the guests were truly key to making the day as celebratory as it deserved to be! Supporting the bride and groom before the ceremony, cheering on the couple under the chuppah, shouting “mazel tov” at all the right moments, and dancing with abandon are all musts. And for Missy and Dave, their guests did just that!

So I’ll give one more mazel tov to you both and wish you well in the years ahead! Congratulations!
