There are some wedding days that feel a little more personal, and Caden + Jacky’s was definitely one of those. 🤍

I’ve had Caden in front of my camera since his senior portraits and maybe a little before that, from photographing him at Northview Baptist Church, so getting to photograph the day he married Jacky felt a little full-circle for me. One of the greatest gifts of being the photographer at Northview is getting to become intertwined with so many people’s stories. I get to watch families grow, relationships begin, milestones happen, and, every once in a while, I get the honor of following someone from one season of life right into the next through my lens.

And what a beautiful next chapter this one is.

Caden + Jacky’s relationship is so clearly centered around their faith, and that foundation was woven throughout their wedding day. They are also surrounded by something incredibly special: wonderful parents, loving families, and a whole lot of friends who were genuinely excited to celebrate them. You could feel it all day long.

There was laughter. There were sweet moments. There was plenty of celebrating. And there was never any question that these two are deeply loved by their people.

Bella Cavalli Events was the perfect setting for their day and, as always, such a beautiful place to photograph a wedding. From the quiet moments before the ceremony to a dance floor full of friends and family, it was one of those days that reminded me exactly why I love what I do.

Caden + Jacky, thank you for allowing me to document this chapter of your story. It has been such an honor watching Caden grow up through my lens, and an even bigger honor to now welcome Jacky into that story.
