From the start, the ranch set the tone. Lucky Spur Ranch delivered the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel instantly at home while still offering a canvas grand enough for a luxury transformation. A massive outdoor tent extended the celebration, glowing softly as the sun dipped low, while impeccable catering, bar service, and seamless flow kept the evening feeling effortless and indulgent.

At the heart of it all was Shannon with Integrity Events & Design, the true calm in the storm. Shannon’s presence was steady, thoughtful, and unwavering—guiding Carlos and Reagan through every decision with grace and confidence. Her ability to manage complex logistics while protecting the emotional experience of the couple is unmatched. Every transition felt natural, every moment intentional. This wedding was not just beautifully designed—it was beautifully held.

The design story came alive through Coco Fleur Events, who absolutely outdid themselves. Their floral and décor work was nothing short of extraordinary. Inside the tent, shaded lamps created a warm, intimate glow—an unexpected, romantic detail that softened the scale of the space. Guests were welcomed by a one-of-a-kind heart tree, adorned with name tags that doubled as place settings, blending artistry with sentiment. Above the dance floor, an incredible floral chandelier cascaded downward, glass hearts catching the light and floating effortlessly over the celebration. It was bold, emotional, and unforgettable.

A brand-new dance floor became the heartbeat of the night, brought to life by Randy Ro Entertainment, whose lighting, draping, DJ, and photo booth elevated the energy from ceremony to last call. Live Mariachi Quetzal infused the evening with passion and heritage, honoring Carlos’s roots in a way that felt powerful and deeply personal.

Unexpected lounge moments replaced traditional seating thanks to Loot Rentals, Shag Carpet Props, 5 Star Rental, and Top Tier Event Rentals, creating plush gathering spaces layered with bold colors, rich textures, and Southern charm. Guests lingered, laughed, and connected—exactly as Carlos and Reagan envisioned.

Reagan’s timeless, glowing look was brought to life by The Krista Ann, whose makeup artistry is nothing short of exceptional. Krista has an incredible gift for enhancing natural beauty while ensuring her brides still feel unmistakably themselves. Reagan’s look was soft, romantic, and radiant—flawless from the first look through the final dance. Krista’s calming presence and attention to detail made the getting-ready experience feel just as special as the celebration itself. Her hair was beautifully styled by Pouncy Hair Artistry, completing a look that felt effortless, elegant, and true to Reagan.

Every emotional moment was preserved with depth and intention by HK Cinema, whose storytelling goes far beyond traditional wedding videography. Their team captured not just what the day looked like, but what it felt like—the quiet anticipation, the joyful tears, the electric energy on the dance floor. Their cinematic approach allows couples to relive their wedding as a living, breathing story, and Carlos and Reagan’s film will be a treasure for generations.
